Returns & Exchanges
Mission Workshop products are built to last a lifetime, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
